How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, or contact your organization admin to reset it via the Admin Console.

How do I add a new connector?

Navigate to Settings → Connectors → Add New. Select your data source and follow the setup wizard.

What are your support hours?

Enterprise customers receive 24/7 support. Standard support is available Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PT.

How do I upgrade my plan?
