This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Zenithdata platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Uses

  • Managing and governing your organization's data assets
  • Documenting data lineage and metadata across your systems
  • Enforcing data quality rules and access policies
  • Using AI features to auto-document and discover data
  • Collaborating with team members on data governance
  • Integrating with your data infrastructure via our APIs

Prohibited Uses

  • Attempting to access data or systems you are not authorized to access
  • Using the platform to process or store illegal content
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
  • Circumventing security controls or access restrictions
  • Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
  • Reselling or sublicensing access without authorization
  • Using AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Storing sensitive data in violation of your organization's policies

Enforcement

  • First violation: Warning and request for remediation
  • Repeated violations: Temporary suspension of access
  • Severe violations: Immediate termination of service
  • Illegal activity: Reporting to appropriate authorities
