Our Core AI Principles
We Never Train on Your Data
Your data is yours. We do not use customer data to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models. Period.
Zero-Retention Processing
All AI processing is done through Azure OpenAI with zero-retention agreements. Your prompts and data are never stored.
Transparent AI Decisions
Every AI-generated suggestion includes an explanation. You can always see why the AI made a recommendation.
Human-in-the-Loop
AI automates the tedious, but humans make the decisions. All AI actions require explicit approval.
