• Metadata catalog and search capabilities
• Data quality monitoring and observability
• Policy and access governance
• AI and ML model governance
• Data lineage and impact analysis
• Collaboration and workflow management

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Data Ownership and Rights

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. All data uploaded remains yours.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement and analytics.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service, with advance notice when possible.

7. Payment and Billing

For paid plans:

• Billing is monthly or annual based on your plan
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenithdata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
